You know what they mean. They dont tie it to an accomplishment. For them its like getting dressed in the morning, they dont need a title for “I got dressed on (date)” its just another thing they got to use like a fork or cup.

I still stand on my hill of putting all that stuff for pvp currency. Its old stuff that more people could get a use out of instead of being locked to 1%

That's certainly an interesting interpretation. Though even with what you've said, I would argue that I put value in the clothes I wear each day, I don't get dressed the same way I do going to school that I would going to work. The clothes I wore to graduation and to my wedding hold a special place in my heart and I value them differently than I do my other clothes. Both of those were accomplishments I'm proud of.

Sometimes I wear a tshirt and sometimes I don't, but even the shirts that I have, I bought them because I liked how they looked or how they were designed. I'm sure everyone doesn't necessarily assign the same value that I do to the clothes I wear, and even cups can have value. I have special cups I got from events that I really like and I would be sad if they broke because I can't get them again.

So I'll say again that anything can have some level of value.

Yes, and the pvp top 100 stuff seems to only have value for the 3 hardcore pvpers in this thread because no one else can have them. Not because it represents to them something they worked hard for, or memorable fights they had while climbing the ladder.

Note that none of them have mentioned anything like that, just that "you weren't good enough". It's all an ego thing for them.

...please kindly stop projecting. Just because we don't regale in tales of glory in this thread (which noone would care for anyways) and sing ballads of what the rewards mean to us does not mean all we care for is that we have them and others don't.

I hazard a guess that there are also a lot of Top 100 players who see the reactions in this thread, see it as an absolute cesspool of responses and continue avoiding the forums. I for one am getting my leg pulled on discords for even being this active around here...
