Clarity on whether the PvP Series 1 "Archfiend" set will be available any other way?

Series 1 reward pickup is still technically active. If you didn't get the coffer in Series 1, chances are it will reappear in Trophy Exchange in Series 3 instead.

So relax. Just because you failed to get your armour in Series 1 for whatever reason, you can likely reobtain it later. Just NOT immediately after that Series ends - gotta give you some incentive to play PvP earlier rather than later if you want things early.

Open your malmstones. If you have any unclaimed rewards from Season 1 there'll be a button to swap your malmstones back to the Season 1 chart. It'll allow you to claim any leftover unclaimed rewards. As soon as you do claim them all, the button goes away. Even when swapped over, it's for claiming only, you cannot earn exp towards it, that season is done and over with.

The person I quoted claims the rewards went to the Crystal Trophy vendor. I know about the battle pass way because that was actually in the patch notes.

No word since. At this point I'm doubtful they ever will.

I mean, I have the sets, I grind them out as they come, but I was fully expecting them to do this eventually because they said they would however long ago now.

This is a bit old now so I can't seem to find it. I had found a post previously that said it was more or less a translation error.
It essentially said that you could claim rewards you had the rank for but didn't claim before the end of the series.

My guess is if this is wrong, we might see some of the rewards with dawntrail (like dumping EW series rewards all at the same time).
But this is entirely a guess and I'm also thinking we won't get it.

I do agree with Terin here. Not everyone likes hardcore PVP and not everyone have allot of time to do PVP let those old gear be available by obtaining with Trophy currencies. At least some ppl will be happy. I have them all the glasses and the archfiend armor so for me it is ok that other ppl that doesn't like PVP allot to get them anyway in other means. Please fix this!

Going to need you to pee in a cup because there's no way someone sober is calling one of the most casual pvp grinds in mmo history "hardcore pvp".
