buddy pass is only in the CE version of FFXIV and it's a real account so people wont just give them alway. He can buy the game for around 20$ so it super cheap i would buy it now before 1.22 or 1.23 because the price may go up back to 39.99.

Actually, converting directly I'd cost you ~12$
The reason I posted it was because it's usually the EU who gets screwed over, paying 9.99€ while the US pay 9.99$ for example.
