Please..... mandatory job stones for any level 30+ content for Duty Finder. The amount of lvl 40's and 50's sprouts I found on my mentor endeavors with level 20 gears on was a total nightmare every single time.

Explaining again... people want to chill and grind a little more level before doing job quest. Sometimes job quest is too hard to do Level 30. On DPS jobs its hard because you can't heal.

Also people have Level 20 gear, because the market board sellers are greedy and charge 50K for a single cloth item to wear. (You get 200 gil every quest reward. That is 2500 quests to get a single cloth item).

    1) you are synced to 30 anyway. Why do you need to “chill” in brayflox, if you don’t want to do the job quest right then when you hit 30 go play another job till you feel ready to play it

    2) buy stuff from the NPC vendors, you don’t need marketboard items at that level

Adding onto this, you get gear from doing sidequests if you're THAT pressed for it.

You are free to do so outside of dungeons above Lv30. If job quests are too hard, then you are not adequately geared. Haukke Manor gear as well as vendor gear in the respective zones will help, as for the "lack of healing":

    - Melee DPS have access to Second Wind, Bloodbath and Feint for healing + mitigation and Leg Sweep for 3s stun.
    - Ranged DPS have access to Second Wind and are able to kite enemies and can Heavy / Bind enemies that are annoying.
    - Caster DPS have access to AOE Sleep to deal with enemies one by one. Black Mage gets Manaward (30% max HP as shield) at class quest Lv30, Summoner gets Radiant Aegis (20%) at Lv2.
    - Tanks generally are tanky enough to handle most shenanigans with various defensive actions + they can stun enemies for 5s.
    - Healers... heal. And have single-target sleep on demand.
    - ALL OF THEM can use Mega-Potion and X-Potion sold by vendors to supplement more heals

I am deeply sorry, but every single issue that you have that you try to mitigate with grinding levels is remedied with going to the zone with mobs in that level range, buying vendor gear (accessories when available, too) and using health potions periodically before you get too low on HP (to cycle the cooldown).
