I am starting to notice, and this is true with the XVI glamour, that a lot of cloth tops for men have a lot of cleaveage showing. They are clearly designed to lace or button all the way up but they are left undone to show a lot of chest.

I loved it and wished it was longer. I also wish we could have gotten Tsukl Wo Miteita as a song in game but I understand the orchestrion licensing woes.
I would have loved Jill's costume too!

I don't love the entitlement of players who think that their personal finances should matter to the entire FF14 community and dev team.
Your inability to own/afford a PS5 and play a game that is almost a year old is not a reason for SE to hold back.
But even so, having played 16, it's clear to see they really held back a lot of amazing things they could have done with this crossover in consideration of keeping it prologue and this collab is lacking for it.
It feels too short and stunted given how dynamic the plot of 16 really is overall.
If you care about spoilers THAT much, to the point where you didn't even watch trailers or the media tour, you should not have even touched the collab.
Personal accountability matters.
Sure, most people could probably fit a PS5 into their yearly budget, and now they're actually being sold unlike early on in it's life... But why would most people want a PS5, there's barely anything to play there. I wouldn't buy a PS5 for just one or two games...
I do want to experience the story of 16 myself, by playing through the game. But I don't want what would essentially afterwards be a 500-600 € paperweight.

Assuming you're looking to start a new conversation: I'm just going to address your question since you took one line of my post out of context and didn't address the overall point made.Sure, most people could probably fit a PS5 into their yearly budget, and now they're actually being sold unlike early on in it's life... Personally, what you find valuable is 100% subjective and valid. You not wanting a "paperweight" for yourself is fine.

From a different perspective, I'm a long-term hardcore Final Fantasy fan, there is no way I'm NOT owning a PlayStation.
Final Fantasy are PlayStation games first and foremost.
If you've been around, you'll remember their attempts to release 13 and 15 at launch with Xbox and all the issues they had with both launches on Xbox alone.
For FF7 rebirth, there is an interview where the devs say how nice it is to only have to develop on the PS5 because they felt they could really focus on the experience and not worry about trying to make it work on all systems.
I own a PC, Xbox and a PS5, so I'm not even a console war junkie with a preference. I just know Playstation is the console with all my favorite JRPGs and personally that is incredibly important to me so I wouldn't be caught dead without one for a new Final Fantasy release. Same with Persona, that game is always coming to a playstation first.
If that's not the same view for you because most of the games you love are elsewhere, 100% valid and agreed. Nothing wrong with not spending the money if the value isn't there for you.

Linking back my original point:
So if you've made that decision for whatever reason, it still is insane for me to see people complaining about spoilers like the dev team has done something wrong.
We're not even going to talk about the fact the collab is so freaking mid because of all the considering they did put in to avoid spoilers. It's basically a marketing advertisement collab to get ready for the PC release rather than a good and true collab story. It doesn't even touch .5% of what FF16 is.
You may have not seen it but some people are even like "how dare you have an exclusivity deal with the company that has been a good partner to you for the last 25+ years, how dare you be a business first and want to sell consoles too".
The entitlement was what I was speaking to. People need to be accountable for the personal choices they are CHOOSING to make regardless of the valid reason for their personal circumstances.
If you are so spoiler sensitive, do not touch this collab until you can play the game. It will come back.

It's too short. Before you know it It's over. And since there's nothing repeatable to do, especially if you have the MGP It's a log in, then do the event, then log out and then unsubscribe affair.
