End of an Era Framer kit. A possible return?

I recently discovered that during last years anniversary event, in my excitement of getting the Rising Phoenix mount, I missed out on a secondary quest that rewarded the "End of an Era framer's kit".

I feel rather foolish I didn't think to check if there was another followup quest. I realize that like most other yearly/seasonal events the items are added to the Optional Items website for purchase, though I admit to feeling some unease that the framer kit will be absent while the Phoenix will, of course, become available to those that missed out last year.

Do you think it would be possible that the Framer's kit will make a return appearance, either as an optional item web purchase or in game item?

The quest is still available, no? One of our FC members just got this on Feb 26th (2024), the title and the framer's kit.
