i mean the moogle ingame where you get items. but however yes they are another grp still for new players it feels weird that their side is not listing their charakter and take time for delivering untill some hours for some items ( Aerith Minion for example ) and for all old players who play a new char

You probably mean the Mail-moogle which is a Mailbox. It is very common for mailboxes to be closed before you can use anything to prevent outlying duping/mail and item usage de syncing errors.

Personally I am glad there is some delay before a new character can start buying stuff off the store if only to limit fraud.

If you want to run around with him might I suggest using new game + in the New Game + menu and running around actually doing things with them.

Edit: Reading OPs post 3 it looks like this is just a troll trolling.
