Small update here, since Square Enix made a deal with Microsoft.

Since the market has found out about the "DEI" (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) scam, where it's more like forced inclusivity. It seems after their meetup at the GDC (Games Developer Convention), they're trying to change the language to not get caught, again.

So we have new examples like DEIB, the B standing for Belonging. And Microsoft creating a new 'framework' on how to keep inserting "DEI" practises.

Clearly they didn't like a lot of the consumers realizing it was 'forced' representation. So after the GDC, they added new term they now chose to describe their inclusion with 'intentionality.'

These changes are intentional alright, but far from organic. Whilst they claim they do not mandate these guidelines. But instead, they'll make sweeping changes at the studio they partner with.

• Hiring of a DEI director
• Hiring of consulting firm to gender balance and review hiring/promotion policies.
• Hiring of Sweet Baby Inc. to work on the published games.

This last bit seems to sort out, as Sweet Baby Inc. has Square Enix in their client list. And this voice actor was likely the result of a 'gender balance.'
