Well, i wouldnt expect it to show up in your account and even less so on the mogstation since tou bought it as a guest. That being said you shouldhave gotten the confirmation mail almost immediately. So something is definitely wrong.
I am guessing you didnt get the email with the code for the preorder items either?
Me waiting on it for 3 days now on the one i bought as a guest.
The other one i bought on my account I I got almost right away.

As for the canned responses, this is nothing more then I expect from any support system.
As long as the majority of the problems are fixed by them support desks will keep giving them. Thanks the average id10t.
