Please more housing wards soon. And no more FC/Private Hybrid.

It would have to be on some of the Materia worlds. Not even Dynamis has had larges sitting unpurchased for over a year (except in the wards still not open for purchase).

The problem will continue to be supply existing on the lower population worlds that players don't want to be on while the congested worlds have stiff competition over what little does become available each lottery period. It will always be a problem with the ward system if SE continues to give every world the same number of wards. Players might complain about not being able to get a house, but they don't want those houses badly enough to move to the worlds that have houses available.

Housing Mirage will help some if it does get implemented and if it applies to apartments and houses but it still won't satisfy all the reasons that create demand.

If the server transfer is free and my ping doesn't suffer, I wouldn't mind at all being on those lower population worlds
I just lost another bid on a small FC house in my current server

I really just want instanced housing at this point or a free server transfer for all of my characters to a less populated server with other house decorating enthusiasts like myself

Being on Sargatanas, which is currently classified as a Congested world, you would be eligible to transfer for free to both New worlds and Preferred worlds. If you are in NA, Dynamis data center has New worlds (with thousands of small houses) but there are currently no NA Preferred worlds.

I'll add if you want to stay in NA, avoid Seraph for housing. It's far more populated than the other 3 Dynamis worlds. You should see no difference in ping on Dynamis as all NA logical data centers are at the same physical location.

You may want to use data center travel to visit Dynamis to see exactly what is currently available. The ward designations for the Dynamis and Materia worlds remain different from the other worlds.

Wards 1-9 are FC only.
Wards 10-24 are personal only.
Wards 25-30 are not open for purchase.

I'd also avoid Halicarnassus; its a house reseller hotspot atm it seems.
