we haven't had any underwater city exploration despite the fact we can breathe under the sea.

expansion going to the sahagin homeworld with mermaids and sea dragons.

The Tempest even contained some of the First's version of Sahagin.

Armours with fins and serpentine spikes.

That would be every Dragoon armour ever.

God imagine if they made underwater combat for it.

It would be good if we had more underwater stuff where the water is still actually there, like when you're diving in The Ruby Sea. But it seems if they do a city they are more likely to do what they did with The Ruby Sea and The Tempest and create bubbles around them.

It would be interesting with underwater battles but at the moment they seem to just always make it with an air pocket so we can move and battle normally.
