Sadly, a lot of people don't come to the forum because of how poorly people behave in here. Go pop around servers across na, and ask in novice how people feel about shout spam and i guarantee you'll find a lot of people who say it's annoying

But im not so sure that simply ignoring obstructive behavior is in any way a solution to the problem, especially since the shout spam is completely unnecessary as venues are easily able to attract a large number of guests by simply making a listing in the party finder, under the "other tab" , and that fact is demonstrated daily by venues across NA, if not the entire world.
