    Is this legit? I never saw this happened in mogstation before

    Was these emote ever sold atleast one time?

    Someone send this to me and seems kinda off. But if it is true then there is hope they might do this again. (I doubt)

    You can pick up the figurines on eBay. They are generally marked "Used", and the emote code is probably gone or non-redeemable at this point.
