Live 7th Umbral Era content for 1.21

I've seen the NPC (Ziuz Amariyo, a miqote, which makes her the 7th NPC in the "Alfgar group") near the chocobo NPC. But she's just disappeared.
And no Urianger too ; ;

If Urianger depopped at around 11am EST, I'm gonna check again at Gridania at 2pm and 3pm EST to see if that new NPC pops (where Alfgar appeared last event). If not, I'm gonna check Ul'dah to see if it went back to Stage 1 or if there's an "Archon" at each city-state.

Which I doubt cause Gridania is the only one to have 2 Herald spawn points.

Maybe this is like the Emerald Moss last time where this happens for a day then cycles back?

Looking at that guy's screenshot, he's at ( X: 30 , Y: 35) west of the Tam-Tara Deepcroft. Cave entrance is at ( X: 30 , Y: 34)

He'll only pop when that NPC at Grid pops though.
