Had a full crown mentor nin get upset at me for using Rescue on him to get him quickly out of an aoe in Thaleia earlier today and was told by him to let him stand in aoes since 'they knew what they were doing'. I'm sorry for using Rescue correctly on you, mentor nin, so I don't have to waste my resources on healing AvOiDaBlE dAmAgE that you decided to take.

So, did you know the fight with Althyk and Nymeia has an enrage timer? If you don't KO at least one of them within eight minutes, they joint cast a black hole that wipes the raid.

Guess how I learned that. It involves at least two ice mages, a summoner without a summon, and a no-damage healer, just in my party.

I came across a tank that was clearly unhappy to have anything other than CT on roulette. And who literally pouted for the whole run. He'd do a mechanic, go almost afk after it, miss the same mechanic two minutes later... in short, no concentration at all, because it wasn't the right raid.

(There's a slim possibility that they were just really bad, but I sincerely doubt it given the way they played + their complaints at the start of the raid).

Please, I know that some people only want to do CT in roulette. But as soon as you use these tools, you implicitly accept that there will also be things that take longer and are less easy than CT. Healer and tank roles are not tools to bypass waiting. You have a certain responsibility in taking them. If it had been a healer who had behaved in the same way, the alliance would have spent its time wiping.

The dude managed to play worse than the brand new player who was making a very obvious effort to follow what was going on... Honestly, if it wasn't for the tankbuster and the poor dps taking it for them, I wouldn't have even raised them at all.

I did in fact know this. I was in an early morning party on patch day. I dont know if it was bad luck with player matching, or people being not fully awake yet but some mechs were picked up very slowly. This lead to half the alliance being on the ground for most of the fight. That many dead people? We hit that enrage at something ridiculous like 15%. Not even kinda close. But second pull we managed, and i have yet to see another party get super close.

Qued up for Trials as healer. Every auto titan did took the tank to half health. Don't remember titan normal hitting this hard. Tank was wearing full mage gear.

Yes I did. They walked out without a word. So that honest mistake falls short. Would honestly love of been a fight with an actual tankbuster so I could watch them drop to the floor and question it.

Sigh. Well at least you tried, I guess. I kinda pity them though, they will have a hard time the day they will have a non-patient healer in a dungeon.

Honestly i tend to be very patient on new players in ARR dungeons but seeing a DRK that had lower HP than me (with only 2 equipped tank gear, rest empty) as a healer and a single auto from a mob would hit him almost half... yeah I am not going to bother, sorry.
