Of course there's not going to be any developer response. This is an English forum. The English mods, if they even read these posts are going to go "lol they're being problematic again" and just tell the Japanese side that everything is fine and that everyone LOVES what the English dubbing. As a consumer your opinion literally doesn't matter because people higher up hold the power.

And besides, there would have to be a lot more than like, 10 upset people on the forums to make changes that drastic.

They do read the posts. They've been active recently. That's how your thread was brought back. Of course, mods moderating doesn't mean anyone who has pull with the devs is listening to NA feedback. It was a common problem and still is with FFXI as well.
