Ah yes yes, but guys they do not appear in the Linkshell list or my friends list anymore. All signs point to them NOT being on Durandal. But I will post no more until we speak with them. >.>

First off let me apologize in the delay it's taken for us to post a follow-up to this.

The development team confirmed that there weren't any cases of World Transfers going to the wrong destination or the system moving somewhere that wasn't intended. However, if you made a mistake with your initial application and wished to have been moved to your default destination, then we will consider switching you after discussing your situation with you.

Keep in mind that as we previously stated in the World Merge announcement, there are limits as to what and how many characters can be transferred so please understand that it may not be possible for everything on your account to be transferred.

For this and other account-related issues, we aren't able to discuss them on the forum, so we would like for those affected to contact our GM support staff in-game. After discussing the circumstances of your application, we will only accept your request if you did not intend to transfer and wish to play on the destination World to which you would have been moved to automatically.

Unfortunately, we cannot comply with everyone's requests and will judge cases based on individual circumstances. We also cannot accept requests that would have required you to submit a World Transfer application at the time applications were open.

With that in mind, please discuss the matter with a GM if you wish to go ahead with the transfer process.

Its weird me i didn't do the do any of the application to stay on my normal server and im still in the same server and my brother too. i think you shouldn't had touch it

The problem was some didn't know that and tried to manually select the default server they were supposed to go to automatically and somehow the system kicked them off the default transfer list and considered them as new applicants and locked them out.

Im dissapointed in reading ur reply Bayohne , after ask several times me and other friends to s-e support explaining that we have a friend that was hospitalized on merger choose doesnt was the option to choose destination server to play with us , he's now fine and he's locked on a server that he doesnt want and without his friends , the response from support is always the same "Tell ur friend create a new char on new server" that isnt is the correct option snce isnt going to start ALL again and he's not going to play anymore , u are loosing a loyal player. Thanks for the great S-E support.... how can expect this game to come a success if u dont want to keep ur actual players...

Well actually that isn't SE's fault your friend was sick. If we wanted to be transferred he should had someone he trusted do it for him. That's like saying Best buy should give you your money for a item you wanted to return cause you was sick and couldn't move for the last 20 days, so they should just do it.

Firon hit the nail on the head. That's why I hope this thread is closed soon, otherwise it's going to turn from a legitimate complaint into people bitching about their personal circumstances which are in no way related to Square Enix as a company. As Delsus said, SE didn't HAVE to do anything. The fact is, they made it explicitly clear that NO ACTION is required if you wish to remain on your default server. Yet, they are offering solutions to people who misunderstood this. What else can you ask of them? And I apologize for the rant, but it just really irks me that, ever since the release of this game, people have begun to use SE as a scapegoat for every single issue spamming "SE SUX" left and right. It's as if, just because the initial release was sub par, everything the company does from then on is terrible no matter what. Doesn't seem very fair to me.
