We really should be able to glamour other jobs' sets

This should be allowed. This is such a non-issue. All other MMOs don't have this type of restriction at all, and it's fine.

This is just like one of those traditionalists complaint --> remember when ARR first launched, everybody was against the implementation of Jump. This was because in FFXI, characters couldn't Jump. And when devs announced this feature, everyone was complaining, "Please no, we will see people jumping jumping, like rabbits, all over Limsa, it's annoying".

There are even suggestions, "how about a cooldown for Jump? You can only jump every 5 seconds" (if you don't believe me, search this site's archives forum).

Then it was implemented. And? What? Nothing happened right. It's normal.

10 years passed. And what? No one even remembers anymore.

After a while, things will become normal. It's such a non-issue. Just implement it.

Omg I swear, super sweaty veteran MMO players are literally the pure scum of the genre. Takes like these are not only present in FFXIV.

Did you know so many people in Classic WoW are so much againsy transmog/glamour being a thing in general? They always come up with odd excuses that nobody else cares to justify abscence in both QoL and fun features.

I really don't get it. If you don't like it, don't use it. No one is holding a gun to your head and forcing you to glamour your character.
