After FF16 colab what other colab you would like to see with other Square games

Ahh... good... just looked through the thread and saw nobody asked for a Chrono Cross collab...

So for now I don't have to track ppl down to stick them into a Saw style trap that requires them to complete E.T. the video game within 12 hours in order to survive... >.>

It'll never happen, but I think a Nintendo crossover of some kind would be neat to see. Do some fun platforming courses, get some glam based on Mario/Luigi and Princess Peach, get some minions like a goomba, a koopa, and a boo.

Maybe even Mario RPG, specifically, since Square Enix actually made that one.

Zelda would be a cool crossover too.

YES!!! This, times a million!!! A Flammie mount would be amazing, but also there are SO MANY cute creatures in the Mana universe that would make perfect minions. Rabbite, Chobin Hood, Mushboom... the elementals would also make great minions.

They're actually making a new Mana game right now, too. Why is this cross-over not already being planned???

I didn't really like Chrono Cross as a sequel to Chrono Trigger, but as its own game I thought it was pretty fun. Fun characters, beautiful environments and design, amazing soundtrack. They could even have Lynx in FFXIV as a Hrothgar! Harle's costume would probably be a pretty popular glam. And Serge's weapon is basically the same as Viper's!

Chrono Cross is a terrible sequel, it's alright as it's own. Imo. I'll take your ET challenge if you play Battle Toads

You're right a lot of fantastic minions and actually a decent reason to collaborate right now given it's not going to be old news soon.

Perhaps a joke mount that is a cannon, fires you off into a direction and then you get slow fall ability to cast toggle on demand. Short cooldown, then you can recast the cannon which will stop you and summon a cannon on clouds that can refire you. If you land on something unpathable it'll summon the cannon again on clouds. May cast teleport while in cannon.

Actually, I had another thought. I want Chocobo Racing to get revamped the way PvP was when they introduced Crystalline Conflict. Make it not reliant on long-term breeding and leveling, but more arcadey, easy to jump into a quick match, with cycling reward tracks.

So, let's get a crossover based on the Chocobo Racing franchise, and maybe also Super Mario Kart, to revitalize this minigame! More tracks! Each job gets its own unique racing ability, and achievement/title to unlock by winning races as that job! New rewards, like chocobo bardings and exclusive glams!

Please, Yoshi-P! We need to get these chocobos racing again!

For me I will be completely honest I would LOVE a FF14 x Kingdom Hearts colab even tho it most likely won't happen because of Disney it would be aweseome to get some outfit or even get Sora haircut. Who knows maybe when KH4 release in 26 year

But more than any Squareenix's tittle crossover i would love to have another monster hunter collaboration ... and if they could avoid ruining the armor set that would be even better !

There was a missed opportunity with Chocobo GP to have Godbert be the game's version of the blue turtle shell where he dashes down the track knocking ppl out of the way until he reaches the race leader and proceeds to suplex them vehicle and all.
