Why?
Why does it always come down to removing things mindlessly and turning everything into the same thing until it all becomes a grey boring mess?
On easy content Toxikon and GCD shields are never needed because damage is laughable and movement heavy mechanics are nonexistent so you can cast bot, and on difficult content you are GCD shielding constantly so you are getting the stacks back throughout the fight and have superior movement dps over Ruin2

If you think you need to shield enough in high end content that you are drowning in enough toxicon stacks to rival ruin 2 you either have never done high end content or you have a gold parse in overhealing

99% of the time you just run with the 3 toxicon stacks you start with and never fish for more unless there is downtime
