As an aside, I think it's very telling that the entirety of the universe outside of Etheirys was basically nuked by Meteion and largely due to Venat's refusal to tell her people of the true cause behind the Final Days so they could potentially look into a solution that would save not only Etheirys but worlds beyond it...and now the game's protagonists are set to explore the broken remnants of dead worlds so they can build settlements of their own and reap the benefits in the process.
    Can you imagine:

Endwalker: All planets are dead except Etheirys

Dawntrail: We've discovered planets filled with life in Cosmic Exploration!!

Would make that whole story arc in EW completely pointless.

inB4 we find a buncha cutesie races that lived somehow in uber bleak conditions, but now that we've found them they can get back to living good lives instead of subsisting off subterranean fungus and cannibalizing the dead.

And they'll be like, "Oh, but the suffering was worthwhile because we're still alive!"

Nah who am I kidding? They're not gonna make new assets. We're gonna run into empty places where everything that grows is fantastical whimsical colors.

"I thought that my invincible power would hold the world captive, leaving me in a freedom undisturbed. Thus night and day I worked at the chain with huge fires and cruel hard strokes. When at last the work was done and the links were complete and unbreakable, I found that it held me in its grip." - Rabindranath Tagore

They will pull the "Breathe life into dead planets with Dynamis" card.

I don't think these people play their own game sometimes.

Dynamis in general always rubbed me the wrong way since it was never anything more than a convenient plot device pulled out of nowhere to try and justify the eradication of the Ancients. It didn't even end up being a necessity in the end in a lot of elements in the finale came down to Aether rather than Dynamis and even Hythlodaeus and Emet-Selch managed to make use of Dynamis in the final hour despite the game gaslighting about how the Ancients couldn't possibly make use of it...when in reality, the only reason they weren't studying it actively was due to Venat withholding knowledge of how integral it would supposedly be towards combating the Final Days. In itself an apocalypse she deliberately allowed to happen as a 'test'.

It's all utterly insane logic that doesn't hold up under even the slightest bit of scrutiny since the protagonists of the game would never accept such terms being applied to their own loved ones, nor is anyone else under any real obligation to just bend over and perish on command for the convenience of self proclaimed 'heroes'. It's why Shadowbringers worked so well - it pushed the idea that neither the Sundered or the Ancients deserved or needed to be wiped out and simply continuing to commit to that would have made Endwalker far less of a controversy.

I'm sure certain posters on the lore forum will frame it as anything but that despite spending anywhere from a few years to a decade complaining about Garlemald, Ul'dah and Limsa Lominsa's land grabs.

Yeah, pretty much. I'm expecting the latter since it'll conveniently follow up on the Ultima Thule stuff where if you wish hard enough you can just poof new life into existence and restore even a decaying husk of land in the far reaches of space into a thriving locale.

Essentially exactly the same thing that Creation Magic accomplished. Though that was a power innate to the Ancients and now it's just given to the Sundered but framed differently.

Given the signs written in Solution 9 seem to be in their language, looks like the answer to every question will still be, "Ancients did it."

Well, we did go from cavemen to launching moon prisons into space in like 6000 years, so yeah, probably.(That just made me realize I have to explain which moon prison I mean, I was referring to Dalamud.)
