I really hope that they will give us the benchmark as early as possible, I need to know if I need to upgrade my computer to play. And would need to know that with enough time to put money aside.
And I need my queen to look her best! ;v;

You're very right about that. Knowing SE, I'd assume they'd try to make it smoother (and you wouldn't have to completely change the hardware), but the quality question still remains. It would be wise of them to allow us get acquainted with the technical nuances in practice earlier than a month before the actual start.

Even though I don't plan on playing one, I'm happy to see female Hrothgar finally make it to the game.

The genderlocking fiasco that Shadowbringers started is finally over.

Hopefully they'll never decide to genderlock races again in the future if they implement any more.

Watching back for the 12th time the fan fest, but, did people notice that they referred to Turali Hrothgar as Xbr'Aal? Does that mean they plan on changing the subraces? Or is it like on the first different race names?

That is one thing that I'm wondering as well since they did say "You'll be able to play as both". Because of this I started wondering if the Helions would absorb the Lost (since they both have the same stat and just add the other fur colors) and then the Xbr'aal would be added as a 2nd version (Maybe with different stats so that the Hrothgar finally match every other race). Most people I asked this about think I'm reading too much into things and feel it would be too much work and that Role Play is free. So no clue, but I think it might be interesting if they did choose to do this though the likelihood might be fairly low :/ I really hope that they release the benchmark sooner rather than later since A) would answer so many questions and B) I'm sure if people need to make upgrades the sooner they know the better (especially since the CPU, RAM, and GPU have both been increased so that the old Recommended is now the new Minimum) so they can start prep-work though at the same time they might be like "We warned them 3 times and started the warnings back in July so they should have plenty of time to upgrade and don't need the Benchmark yet".

Turali Hrothgar as Xbr'Aal? Does that mean they plan on changing the subraces? Or is it like on the first different race names?

My guess is that the tribe names will remain the same, due to the fact that we already have Hrothgar players and such changes may not be to our liking. Not everyone has gone through Bozja's storyline, some still don't know what happened in Garlemald... hence both the Helions and the Lost still retain their social roles. But since during the festival they named Wuk Lamat as the daughter of the current ruler, I would assume that they also have their sort of same. She's not necessarily an heir; after all, queens have probably had children before; but no one is stopping you from saying that your brainchild comes from Tural. And if the other name confuses you, then remember goblins and moblins (and my favorite joke: Alexander and Alejandro)

From my point of view, the limit of interest in a knowledge is quite vague, and if it makes happy (and is safe...), the freedom to speculate and reflect on the question is endless! Nothing wrong in being curious.

Since Pip brought it up, do you have any new ideas about the origins of your character? Will it concern the New World, or Bozja, or will it even come from outside? The bright colors and music of Tural almost made me fall in love even now. Since Yoshi P so heartily pointed out that we could be from anywhere, I'm starting to think about an update for my story...
Besides! Wuk Lamat seems like such an interesting character Do you think she will be closely connected with us on the journey? And another curious thingy: will there be any new dialogue options if the wol is female hrothgar?

There's no reason to change the subraces any more than they did for Ishgardian Elezen, Far Eastern Hyur or Thavnairian Au Ra.
