I would like to see Lupin! Or if it has to be new, I think we could fill a height slot between miqote and lalafell with an anthro fox race! Both would give people who like to play as furry/beast characters more options than hrothgar, who are nice but currently the only option for us.

Despite everything and all the exciting news, my biggest wish is still to be able to wear hats as Viera. Maybe one day

in the last 4 years they let us wear the power ranger helmet then turned around and refused to let us use the santa hat, its obvious yoshi hates viera

None, because they would have the same issues that Viera and Hrothgar suffered years over with hats, perhaps even more issues with how difficult race making is.

They are working on hats according to an interview.

Personally this looks like a race I will play really depends upon the emotes and options with respect to hair and so on. Height will also be an issue. The bodies are far from Roe like and look a bit masculine body wise but definately something that has potential for me. Can't wait for the benchmark to see how that is going to go. My male Hroth will definitely be using a fantasia.

They could just give each race lots of options. Like Au Ra give you an option if you want horns, ears, or gills. Same with tails and skin.

I love the idea in theory, but I can't even begin to imagine how it would work with the gear system.

Viera/Hrothgar = can't wear hats vs. Yukes MUST wear helms.

Long ago, during the Shadowbringers fan fest series, YoshiP made mention of a possible lizardman race but backed away from it because Hrothgar was supposed to be the last. Now with YoshiP saying it's up to us now, I'd like to ask for a true lizardman race.

Actual lizard/dragon people would be nice.

Given how little is known of present Meracydia and how insanely adaptable dragons are, they could easily handwave them into existence as some kind of evolutionary branch of Tiamat's brood or some such.

I'd love a race akin to the fae and pixies honestly. Maybe they're smallish (maybe a bit bigger than lalafell) but I'd love to see a race with built-in wings, I think it would be cute!
Failing that, some sort of insectoid race?

but before all of that I'd love things like body sliders and more customisation options.. and more hats for hrothgar and viera!
