And we've reached the point of attacking each other for wearing cashshop glam. Truly the best mmo community

Criterion savage isnt lacking in rewards now. It's the same reward structure as ultimates have: a unique weapon for glam per clear and a title. Still no one did aloalo savage. The problem isnt rewards, it's content design. This post just boggles my mind. This kind of content was dead on arrival with just "Materia" rewards. If you want to justify doing this content should net you basically nothing then I pray no developer takes your post seriously. Ultimate weapons and title are far greater rewards than Criterion ever had on top of a Interesting fight with all sorts of mechanics instead of the dull "In" Out" Stack" Spread" repeat.

Weapons weren't here for the first 2 Criterion so tell that to the people who completed it. Only Materia and a mount were available so those were dead within a week. If they plan to just stick to these only few rewards they won't see much player involvement as little to none

You made multiple doompost claiming how much you hate the games community and the current state of the game so what's wrong with pointing out mogstation has been getting a significant increase in items since endwalkers compared to any other point in the cash shops existence. But it's ok for you to insult the entire community for the current state of combat and for you disliking the current state of the game and blame the community for how much you dislike the game currently.
That is when the true Vana'diel of legend will be reborn.

It's just not meant for YOU...and that's okay. Not everything is going to be made to suit your tastes, mine or anyone's.
There's nothing wrong with the content itself, the rewards are absolutely the issue otherwise more people would probably be running it. Any video I see on Criterion is how much of a waste of time it is to do when the rewards don't match up to the time investment put in. At the very least, doing multiple runs of it doesn't provide impactful enough rewards to encourage that to happen.
It's oversaturation to a certain extend.
We get flooded with so many random titles every expansion, many of them obtained by basically just existing, that people have stopped caring. I can't remember where I got 1/4th of my unlocked titles nor do I care to check.
Since barely anyone knows where a certain title came from there is little "prestige" assotiated with them and most of them are consequently of little value to people.

Well no actually. It doesn't give a weapon. It gives an upgrade to P11's weapon. And thats an important distinction because if you don't clear the savage tier it effectively does not give you a weapon.

The biggest problem, why the store items are so much 'better', is because they all are Lv.1 and without any job/class restrictions.
Of course there are really cool glam pieces in the game!!
But all with level restrictions and class or even job locked. That makes them less fun to use.
Most problematic are the job locked ones. They very often look really cool. But how should we use an 'alchemist only' piece in the actual game? We can't even use this for the MSQ. Only can be used during crafting, roleplay or afk'ing in Limsa.
Also we don't have 1 glamour plate per job. That's why it's not possible to use job locked pieces with every job.
31, soon 33 classes and just 20 plates.
So... the store items are very appealing because they work with every job and every level.

At least it doesn't give extra stats like mobile games. So l am fine with it.
