It's only relics and weapons they won't go back and add, aside from some level 80-90 weapons to help you level. If you wish to pick up any Scouting gear for glamour, you'll be able to use that with Viper when it's released.

If you want to be prepared, though, I would make sure to have a full set of Aiming accessories for Viper and Casting for the other job since they only give you a weapon and armour when unlocking a job.

Maybe skip earrings, though, if you intend to preorder. They like to include earrings with an EXP buff with preorders.
