If you don't, why have a house ? It's that simple really, I have multiple houses and have never had one randomly demolishing like these people pretend, some people forget to go inside the house, some people go to their fc instead of personal and forget and many more possible reasons, but that doesn't change the fact that auto demo works fine.
The second link is a guy going inside their house, triggering the message that auto demo was cancelled, and it being demoed the next day anyway...
