yeah no problem! Sometimes I return to older zones just to check if I missed anything. Like, in that situation I forgot to buy the mount and minions from the vanu vanu and that is when I found the framer kit. After that I checked the other tribes I had maxed out including the ARR ones.

Shadowbringers Checklist

Mount Related

• max out mount speed (Lakeland, Amh Araeng, Kholusia, Il Mheg, The Rak'tika Greatwood, The Tempest)
• unlock flight for every missing region (Lakeland, Amh Araeng, Kholusia, Il Mheg, The Rak'tika Greatwood, The Tempest)

Dungeons, Trials, Raids, etc

• unlock every missing dungeon, trial, and raid for post-stormblood and shadowbringers (excluding savages, extremes, unreals, and ultimates)

Job Content

• level all DoM/DoW jobs to 80
• level all DoH/DoL jobs to 80
• complete every DoM/DoW role quest
• complete every DoH/DoL role quest
• gear up DoM/DoW jobs
• gear up DoH/DoL jobs
• obtain regional folklore for Fisher, Botanist, and Miner
• unlock master recipes for level 80
• log every common fish in ShadowBringers
• log every fishing hole

• complete shared fates for the following regions: Lakeland, Amh Araeng, Kholusia, Il Mheg, The Rak'tika Greatwood, The Tempest
• unlock Boja
• unlock tribes: Pixies, Dwarves, and Qitari
• max out tribes (no allied quests this time )
• once tribes are completed buy mount(s), minions, and framer kit
• complete shadowbringers sight seeing logs

Add to Endwalker List

• log spearfishing locations
• catch every monster fish (and sculptor)
• log every ocean fishing fish
• complete at least one relic weapon from each expansion
• complete hildibrand questline
• remove mastery stone from goldsmith and place onto culinarian instead
• try pentamelding crafter gear and fisher gear (fisher is a must)
• buy a medium house
• unlock every unreal, savage, extreme, and ultimate content
• complete the entirety of the fishing logs

While I have yet to complete the expansion, I thought to at least make this list and add to it as I thought of more. With Endwalker approaching, I thought to make a mini list to add its its bulk. As you see, some of these items are going to take me far longer than seeing tribes to completed reputation.

some thoughts:

• I thought grinding out shared fates would be realistic during the two month usual time period (or somewhere that much time) would be realistic but I quickly realized it would be easier to do it over a longer period in post-endwalker. So instead my goal changed to unlocking it for now! I may do more FATEs sometime soon though! I made great progress in lakeland.
• I am now working on crafters. Quite the grind! I thought to try firmament but felt I was insufficiently leveled for the materials I gathered (at least in terms of putting them to use)
• blue is genuinely some of the funnest content imo- I get to go crazy with damage! I also realize now how insane they are in FATEs. Especially with all of these new spells I now have!
• The qitari is my least favorite tribe (mostly to do with the blue quest contents)
• I now have all the master recipes up to level 80. Whenever I level a crafter to 80 I use the level 80 master recipe tomes. It is a very surreal feeling! On my main I hardly understood what a master recipe was and now here I am collecting them.
• Mount speed has never been easier to obtain- instead of grinding out hunts now I can simply grind FATEs! Not necessarily a bad thing though- it means I have more options with this currency.
• Not sure how to put it into words but Shadowbringers side content feels different from previous expansions. It feels most dissimilar to Stormblood side content. It definitely isn't the same as Heavensward and A Realm Reborn (Did you know I leveled up crafters and gatherers to 50 using tools only available in ARR?). Not worse or better- just different.

I do read patch notes. I just somehow missed this part.
