I would like tenacity removed as a stat and just baked into base tank stats( ie health and defence).
Skill speed and spell speed combined into one materia called haste
DH either removed or reworked to stop the crazy crit RNG.

I think adding more DPS melds really doesn't do a whole lot for the game other then making melding slightly more annoying. It's better off if we either had a few melds, let Crit, DH, Det, speed rather then more melds that already achieve the same thing, I do think DH should be crit bonus damage, while Crit should be crit rate, that will nerf them both and make RNG crits less of a requirement.
I think the issue is more or less how boring "meld crit/dh" is, it's just a money sink, at least if haste (merged skill/spell) was on par with those stats you'd have some fun builds like speed builds, Defensive/utility builds can't really work on the current Endwalker design either, but could work as separate melds.
