Well they do manage social media such as twitter, instagram and youtube as well as the lodestone, its database of information and its blog, and respond to support desk inquiries and technical support posts. Whether that counts I don't know.

Responsiveness depends on responding to what, but response in the support desk is good. Social media activity is good. As much as people may not like to hear it on this forum, major patches/DLC every 4 months and sub-patches even more frequently than that is actually really good compared to some games.
