Some players really want to go for every achievement yet some of them ridiculous gaps like say. 10 times, the next achievement is 100. Then 1000 or 5000. These gaps are insane and just feel like padding it out to make u play the game more. Imo these gaps should be made much more realistic going forward.

But overall. I want to see reform to achievement collection so that hunting them has some tangible value and something you can show off that isn't just. Another title, another mount.
You're contradicting yourself. First you complain that achievements are just to pad the game out, then you say you want more reasons to pad the game out.

An achievement hunter is after completing the achievements, not getting the rewards. If they feel like an achievement isn't worth doing without a reward, then they're not achievement hunters. They're reward hunters.

The last thing achievements need are more rewards. As you say, it's gotten to the point where the rewards feel like just another title, just another cosmetic item to be forgotten in the Armoire, just another mount, just another minion. And yet there will be players who will feel like they have to play more to earn the achievements and get those rewards. It's not a healthy behavior and shouldn't be encouraged.

If SE needs to do anything, it's to make better use of the Achievement certificate system. Normal game play yields more certificates than can be used, especially for the Veteran players who had already received most of the rewards through the old Veteran program. Adding Fantasias and non-tradeable versions of the special dyes would give players an additional use for the certificates earned without making players feel like they have to go out of their way to earn more achievements to get special rewards.
