Housing needs to be all instanced. Not just apartments.

Stormpeaks - It's nice of you to give us your opinion, but it wouldn't hurt anyone. Just because you stomp around the forum like a child because this suggestion in a post would improve the game and you don't like it doesn't mean you'll get your way. I don't understand your overall comment and why it shouldn't be.
Then I invite you to read my post on the first page regarding dynamic wards and also my response regarding bigger apartments.Stormpeaks - It's nice of you to give us your opinion, but it wouldn't hurt anyone. Also I'm laughing at the same usual people raging on me. Thanks for the entertainment guys.
But hey please do keep mentioning my ego and the way I view housing instead of reading the ideas I have posted that actually would end up making everyone happy.
Instanced housing won't happen, get over it already, housing is a gigantic source of income for SE and it forces people to stay subscribed.
Either you chose to suggest ways to improve the ward system we have, or you can just keep yelling into the void.
The fact people are getting houses means the system is working exactly as it should.
Smalls are easy to get, mediums are harder and larges are very difficult to get, that's how it is and how it should be.
Muh instant gratification ain't gonna help here, do the lottery like literally everyone else, you are not owed a house because you subscribe to the game, it only allows you to start bidding on one and get an apartment if you'd rather not.
The game lets you play ultimates, that doesn't mean when I log in i deserve an ultimate weapon sent to my letterbox. Same for housing.

Imagine how many people left this game only because they don't have time to grind to keep housing up. There is no problem with subs but with content open for everyone. Most players attracted to housing in games don't want to spend a hundred hours to keep it. They just wanna chat and casually play with building up a house. Then I invite you to read my post on the first page regarding dynamic wards and also my response regarding bigger apartments.

Uh if people left the game entirely because of housing they didnt like the game in the first place lol.Imagine how many people left this game only because they don't have time to grind to keep housing up. Perhaps the sims 4 might be a better game for them ?
Just look at every other MMORPG with housing. New World - Option to buy a house at first levels if you will just save money for it. People grind because they want to make it look better with crafting. And for them it's fun.Imagine how many people left this game only because they don't have time to grind to keep housing up. Elder scrolls online - Housing in first few levels completely for free with tons of types of furniture for real money like cash grab works well for them.
Because people have an open way to it.
Fallout 76 or whatever was that name. U can build their house in the few first hours of gameplay....
But FFXIV with the largest RP and social potential just lock it behind the RNG system with tons of in-game currency and grind.
And I can bet with you if they will make it open for everyone somehow and find a solution to this problem, advertise this game it's friendly to casuals who want to have pink carpets in their own house and play like they want with housing ....100% there will be thousands of players who will start playing it. Not even because there was not new Sims game after years and people like discover.

Also: The ESO freebie is a tavern room which is not that great, while in New World you have to pay property taxes for your house(s) to keep it functional or else it locks you out of them.
