The reason they gave us less buttons on our hotbar is for CC premade chat things, and for FL macros. Would it be nice if they made some pre made macros similar to the CC chat? Yeah, will it happen? Probably not. I think you should look into macros. Play on JP server to see good FL macros, however keep in mind I've seen NA players complain about them being annoying whilst also complaining about losing games constantly. Total coincidence.
