FFXIV is literally none of that lol.
I think that it really depends in what area exactly. It does have
    • GMs that evidently do act on reports because people get suspended for being rude in dungeons.
    • 2 live letters per major patch where we just watch Yoshi-P talk for hours in a casual manner and reveal everything they are doing and thinking.
    • Transparency, I think they are not unwilling to be transparent when we really want it, such as how they started explaining why jobs get changed on the job pages each patch.
    • Regular and consistent patches that are more common than every 4 months if you include minor patches that include some of the content.
I don't think it really has
    • Responsiveness.
Responses are very slow unless it's a major, urgent bug like the squadron limit break was and they don't really communicate on the forums hardly or acknowledge certain things going on in the NA or EU regions. Not including the support desk in that though, which I think is quite fast depending on how busy they are.

Yeah, that's the only thing they act on in this game, people being "rude", bots are rampant are so is RMT, you have hundreds of flying lalas on Dynamis at any time of day, same on old worlds.

You mean the one they barely bother to translate to english ?

They sure are "transparent" about the housing issues, the healers issues amongst other things, literally nothing is getting fixed.

    Responsiveness.
That is for sure, there is 0.

Best ongoing game, sure. The other one? XIV has terrible support. Pray nothing nasty happens to your account because they're support is as good as non-existent.

Best outgoing Fortnite due game always changing
Best community BG3 due they taken more feedback and changed stuffs
Best Song it can be tie between ff16/Hifi Rush
Best narrative BG3 because they are pushing the narrative more than ff16 will ever do due choices story always beat linear story.
