The bonus on "Good" is basically the KEY to getting these components done

You clearly don’t know how good they are if you aren’t impressed with the stats. It has 46 more craftsmanship, 7 more CP, and 34 more control. That’s having 3 tier X materia, 2 tier IX materia, and a tier VII CP materia at no additional cost with a little extra stats on the side as a tiny bonus. Plus icing on the cake for it all is the good quality buff.

It depends what you already had and how you were melded. I lost 7 craft and gained 10 control. I already had 7 CP melded. These are a fanstatic upgrade if you don't already have a penta-melded tool, and it's been a bit but I remember the Skybuilder tools being a little bit more of a boost even if you had a fully melded tool. I'm still using them since the 10 control is nice and losing 7 craft won't affect me hugely, but I was hoping for a bit more of a boost. They seem to have sacrificed stats for the effect and the effect has a more niche usage.

Malleable effect pops up way to often, such a useless buff (imo). Other buffs get pushed by this quite often. Expert crafting is not fun (for me).
Also please remove soul crystal weekly lockout. I dont understand the idea behind it.

after doing skysteel tools on a crafter, i decided to do splendorous tools on a gatherer. good decision. expert crafting sucks.
