[...] In the meanwhile OP, you could achieve what you're looking for with a certain item in the game I can't remember the name of right now but saw a catboy walking around wearing. He had a swept back messy hairstyle that is normally quite short, but the head item he'd glammed on was basically a huge ponytail that he had dyed blue to match his hair. I tried to track the item down and struck out, but if you manage to you could pretty much achieve what you've posted as an example.
