Game sometimes causes display to black screen of death

please check the Event Viewer Logs first. If this error occurs, start the Event Viewer -> Windows-Logs -> System. Maybe there is an event.

there were events before, then i reinstalled OS and it still happens but doesn't write to event viewer anymore, it ONLY happens in ffxiv, i play plenty of other games + way more intensive games as well. i still get black screen of death in FFXIV but it no longer writes a log about it, and it happens like once or twice a day.
