But what if they become loyal and attached? Many of them may not, but some of them definitely do because I meet them in the novice network and elsewhere regularly.

Anyway, I don't think they should alienate veterans but rather try to give people choice. A simple version of each job and an advanced version of each job that both amount to the exact same potency is the idea I thought of to solve this problem and then people can choose what they prefer, the same way some people choose BLM over RDM or SMN because of the movement challenge.
