I love how for some reason you see me as this person that is extra angry and absolutely fuming while the reality is that you and I just disagree on the topic of housing, it really is not that deep, me being firm on my opinion doesn't mean I'm mad, angry or scared, it's perfectly okay to disagree

If you discuss this topic since years, then simply don't reply to them anymore.

There was almost no good reply from the people, it was only flaming and gate keeping supremacy.

Not everyone is playing the game since years and topics can and should be allowed to be discussed again.

Not everyone who say something is trying to be a white knight.

This is, unfortunately, the way threads on these forums tend to go. By all means keep making suggestions - there is some evidence some part of the team dips their toes in here occasionally, despite the chaos - but just be mindful that the response can be... colourful, depending on the issue you're approaching. It takes some getting used to, admittedly.

Or the prices would come down and the exploit would be closed up, which is what you actually fear and the only reason you're posting here.

Prices would only come down faster on the sub exclusive loot, which they already do faster than most of those running the workshop farms like. That's why so many have switched to focusing solely on the Salvaged Accessories. The value of those isn't tied to the marketboard. They have a fixed Sell to Vendor value.

We can't predict what opening workshops to individual players would do since players react in different ways. If they only run the subs to get the sub exclusive loot and then ignore them until new loot is added, then it probably wouldn't change things on the marketboard much other than the sub exclusive loot would have almost zero value from day one. If instead they choose to switch to the Salvaged Accessory farming once they got the exclusives they wanted, inflation on items being sold on the market board would go crazy because all those players would be bringing in that extra 1.5 to 2 million gil a week. The more gil players earn, the more they're willing to pay to get what they want.

Irrelevant examples aside, Yoshi has actually already talked about personal housing making use of submarines before, so your bogus reasoning doesn't work here, either.

He also said that personal workshops most likely would not work the same as the current workshops if added. It was something they were considering, not something that had specific plans to do.

Then again, the same thing was said when they talked about personal houses after they introduced FC housing. If they took the path of least resistance, the workshop may end up the same after all.
