The visual differences between both clans are:

1. Eyes. Seekers have slit eyes, Keepers have very dilated pupils.

2. Skin tone options. Both still have options to adopt skin tones similar to the other group, with Keepers having a way easier time with this.

3. Racial face paint distribution. Depending on the face type and clan, these change. For example, face 1 Keepers can have lines on the sides of the face without the pattern above the nose. Seekers will always have the nose pattern if trying to go for this specific one.

4. Keepers have long fangs.

Keepers actually have more clan features going for them than Seekers, whose main feature is the slit eyes. Not even the leonine tail, which is supposed to be a Seeker thing, is exclusive to them.

There may be other things I've missed though but that's the gist of it. As I explain, there's also miqo'te born from the interaction between both groups.

The idea is to make long fangs for Seekers a possibility. Not everyone has to go through with it and a player can choose to stick to the more canonical appearance of their desired clan if they so wish.
