Personally, I don't think it's insane. It's just 100 wins, in a bite-sized mini-game that will periodically return to the game. All for a title that nobody needs. It's there for people who are super hardcore for this event, and if that's not you, that's fine.

There are plenty of titles in the game that I will never get because they require doing an amount of something that I don't want to do. And that's fine. Different strokes for different folks. I hope the people who enjoy doing those things more than I do enjoy their titles.

If the idea of never getting a title makes you not want to do an activity at all, that sounds like a real bummer. If you can, I'd recommend taking a step back, accepting that it's fine if you never get some meaningless title, and not letting it haunt you like a specter. It'd be a shame if you never ate ice cream just because you doubted your ability to earn the "I Ate A Billion Ice Creams" badge .

I think irregularly means not on a schedule.
