I think the extended trailer further points towards the "duel with the Mamool Ja" fight scene being more of a trial going on in the big temple/palace structure above the city.

I feel vindicated that it wasn't COR as the new Job (despite the look it's clearly taking after Zidane from FFIX with the 'two blades combine into a double bladed polearm' style really what ROG should have been instead of being a stepping stone to NIN).

Oh goddess, the reference to "cereleum deposits" and a railway being built in Shaaloani (in the new desert area)... this is only going to give fuel to the headcanon theories about Garlean remnants in Tural, although I hope it's just Eorzean business interests (read: Ul'dah). Mainly because I don't want to eat my words. :P

Yet we've already had FFXI crossover areas (Eureka is basically one big reference, Azaldaal's Legacy is basically Salvage/Azaldaal Remnants..), but yeah, I wonder if it will be a FFXI area or just again 'FFXI themed' but a new place.
