Enforce ilvl-sync to Alliance Raid Roulettes to put a stop to the Crystal Tower Spam

Square Enix was pressured into making this decision. It is not really their decision but the decision of the loud minority.

How dare you insinuate that the great and mighty Yoshi-P could be coerced into making decisions that aren't in the best interests of the game and its award-winning community! After all the hard work that the devs put into Final Fantasy XIV, for OUR enjoyment, they don't deserve to be insulted in this way. It's a wonderful thing that the devs care enough to respond to player feedback, but it seems like no matter what they do there will be haters who complain about the game. True FFXIV fans are celebrating this change to our lovely Alliance Raid roulette.

Thanks to the changes now I get Crystal Tower raids every time now. I used to get other raids now it's just the first Crystal Tower raid. They to need quit with the changes and leave it alone.

Something that people have noticed in the tracking thread is that if you're queueing as tank or healer you're more likely to get CT, if you're queueing as DPS you're more likely to get one of the others.

If you've been consistently queueing in the same role, try switching to a different one and see if that helps.

This change did not increase CT raids lol. Its 18 people if 1 lvl 50 queues CT is auto chosen. Before it was 18 people and if anyone with an ilvl too low for the others CT was chosen. This lessened the pool of people for CT. So statistically you should get LESS CT raids. This change would not increase it at all. Idk why you think it would. Nothing about the new rules would make CT appear more often

Of course there is a way. Ilvl cheesers are no longer hogging up all the CT spots which opens them up for legitimate rouletteers who have been pushed to nier so far. I find it exceptionally funny that this scenario was described in basically every thread about this topic and yet here we are with people surrpised by it.

I unironically believe that “MSQ associated content” (like say eden) should be made mandatory to unlock its respective roulette and keep it unlocked going forward, none of this “I only unlocked A1 and A2”

Considering that just added a minute or so to one cutscene, following your logic would mean people need to unlock - and do - coils since there is a scene that changes in HW if you've done them. Sure, coils aren't in a roulette, but they affect the MSQ scene in the same manner as the Eden raids do.
