Samurai animations are inspired by iaijutsu, which is explicitly about quick draws. It wouldn't make sense without the sheath to actually draw from.

Bards also have a number of their animations showing them actually reaching for arrows. (That their quivers are effectively bottomless is a game mechanic, not anything lore related. And having come from games that actually made you carry stacks of ammo around, I'm not complaining.)

Wouldn't mind hiding the lunch box, though. At least quivers match the bow. The box dyes when you dye the gun, but otherwise it's always the same, and clashes pretty badly with most glam.

To be fair, Paladin lets you glam your shield invisible but then all your shield animations are just your arm, including things like "Shield Lob" and "Shield Bash". An option to make Samurai sheathe or Bard quiver invisible doesn't seem like that much further of a jump in not making sense.
