Ffxiv house selling seems to be allowed in pf again

Is there a way to transfer private houses? Far as I know you can only do it with FCs, which is a tad annoying.

No there is not, best you can do is share it with someone via the tenant system, but it'll stay on the original owner's name, so basically pointless

so yall complain that there's no houses available for everyone, which obviously SE refuses to fix, some people try to sell their houses to make a buck which indirectly helps people getting houses as they can just buy it off someone else instead of fighting agaisnt 400 people in a bidding cycle, they are leaving the server, quitting the game, or whatever their excuse is so they want to get some gil from it and you still complain

Good responses. Meh even if you report it they do nothing. Like there's an outcry for housing but a select few own so many it's not funny. So someone who maybe has 50mil to bid on a large if it opens will never have the opportunity.

Mostly because it's someone selling it for 750mil to I think highest I've heard was 1.2 billion now for a large. It screams RMT to be honest.

People gonna end up spending irl money just to get that large lol. I myself want to move my fc from it's medium into a large but not willing to pay 750mil just to accomplish this.

Not to mention larges never open up for lottery. If they do its super rare and pounced on by like 200+ players.

This game is very profitable, and I don't just mean for Square-Enix.

There are people here, including myself, who has no idea of where to go, or what website you are talking about.
No need to tell me though - I am not interested in buying or selling any houses.

It does make we wonder why and how you are familiar with whatever website it is, but I am sure there is some reasonable explanation for that.
