I leave nothing to autonomics, they can't be trusted. I micromanage all of my bodily functions, from heartrate to cell division. Everything is executed consciously, and to exacting specificity to maximize health and energy conservation. I don't even sleep. Too risky. Instead, I enter a low-power meditative state to perform a rest cycle, but I always remain fully aware of my surroundings in case of a break-in or assassination attempt.

I never get sick. The instant a foreign element such as a virus enters my corporeal temple, I know it, and I issue an antibody kill squad to exterminate the intruder.

I have no food allergies. I simply do not allow my body to initiate a negative reaction to foods I deem worthy to ingest. The problem with people who can't eat nuts without swelling up is, they are not in control. They do not own their body, their body owns them. One must learn to dominate one's self and say "No. No, flesh and bone. No, brain. No, stomach. You are not in control. I am in control. This body is the Matrix, and I am Neo."

I'm working on incorporating an at-will "Healing Factor" like Wolverine. I've yet to perfect the technique, but I feel like I'm close to a breakthrough. Once I master that skill, the final goal would be spontaneous self-evolution. Growing wings, claws, electric powers, and the like. Others have laughed at me when I tell them of my plans, but we'll see who has the last laugh.
