Head piece isn't working for Viera. I'm really happy that I've spend hours grinding for cool armour just to get scamed.

At this point I need to ask. What is wrong with developers and racism towards Viera?

at the point of hiding ur characters ears all the time id ask why even be a viera, theyre literally just people with bunny ears. however. taking ur plight seriously... i do agree that its wierd they wont stop doing this.. but i think the havent the care/resources to allocate these changesinto the game. it would for everybody be better if the helmet just deleted your characters head and made a new one.. im not sure why they cant just make those

Fully agree that it should be supported for all races, OP made an excellent point. That must be really annoying.

However, well, there's no grind- that set is extremely easy to get. Everyone has weeks (actually months) to get it and there is literally no skill requirement. if someone doesn't like PVP and they really want the set it can be done gradually.

this just speaks from ignorance. there is a grind if you want the set NOW. 48 hours post patch. and even if you dont care, a grind like that should be respected

Smol indie company, guys. They also said they couldn't implement ears into hroth hair until they did. Don't want to be mean, I just expect way more from a AAA developer. One that makes me pay for the base game, every expansion, a monthly subscription and *still* has a cash shop. Yeah, no.

Its so weirdly inconsistent with Viera and Hrothgar. Some headgear works despite clipping and being a full helmet. Some headgear doesn't work when it has no reason not to. If clipping is the issue, why can they wear the Cryptlurker healing and casting hoods? It makes no sense the decision making process, and they need to be made to explain it.

There is no "ignorance" from pointing out that this set does not require either a grind nor any skill in many cases, to achieve. It is completely optional to decide whether to obtain it in the matter of (let's say) 24 hours of 4 months and no one will know the difference once it is being worn.

You're free to respect whatever you want, many people either don't want to or cannot log in for multiple hours, I PvP because I enjoy it, not over a false sense of urgency.

that is like saying why go for any achievment because nobody will understand it ocne its worn. firstly. if i see sm1 in game rn with that gear. i respect there hard work, because secondly. one should achieve for themselves and nobody else, its not good to sit here and belittle others achievments because of your own views on the item. "that this set does not require either a grind nor any skill in many cases, to achieve." not entirley true, winning matches will make this grind possible in early days, that DOES require skill, i dont belive for a minute you can win matches if some people are afking or being lazy, i have over 500 wins in frontline here, so i speak from MY experience.

Yep. For me personally, it's about having a personal goal and accomplishing it. Winning helps things along, but I've been losing all night so...yeah. lol Most of the time, you are only as good as the rest of your team. There's no real soloing this. Luckily there's only a difference of 200 exp. The armor set in question is also for my own enjoyment. If others like what they see, then that's cool I guess.

I pointed out the fact that this armor can be obtained by literally anyone. If you consider (for example) someone queuing for 20 hours straight to be a mark of achievement, that's your privilege, I do not.

No one is trying detract from anyone's sense of accomplishment, however this is not a prestige award that you will get in a serious PVP game with ranked matches. It's a fun reward to help with participation and get some nice glam.

However there is no "scam" involved. If you play either of those races you should already know damn near every hat and helmet isn't going to display on it. If anything it was your own lack of common sense for having expectations otherwise.

I believe it works for Hrothgar but not Viera.

The first picture set on the left shows a Hrothgar if you scroll right.

Pretty sure that was the case with every PvP set so far as well. It's not right, in my opinion, but it was to be expected, sad to say.

I'm so glad they have the resources to throw at more lifestyle content in the future, but actually 0 3D artists to work on viera/hroth helms, especially on brand new gear sets that should of actually been made with them in mind. But don't worry! Viera got 6 """new""" hairstyles ported by modders-- I mean added by the devs! It must have taken them literal months of hard work making the hairs really fit on viera, you can tell by the way the braids just go straight under the ears. We should really be grateful for surprises like this considering the effort put in by a poor multi penny company!
