Alliance Raid Now iLvl Locked, Why??

Some do. I had my first 90 before finishing SB. Whether few or many is irrelevant. I could just as easily argue that fixing iLVL cheesing was pointless, because the cheesers are the minority and CT is the most common raid because it's the only one that's required.

Uhm, no thank you. I like the randomness of the Alliance Roulette and would like to continue being allowed to use a feature that has been working for me for the last 4 years... Crazy, I know!

And I will finish the MSQ when I'm damned well good and ready to finish it.

I set a goal for myself to unlock all additional dialogue in the MSQ as far back as ARR, Endwalker will come when ShB expansions content is fully complete.

Uhm... Thanks! I haven't been slacking, I play expansion by expansion. Soon, when Save the Queen storyline is done, I'll be moving into Endwalker.

I have all raids unlocked up to, and including, ShB. I haven't done Endwalker yet but have all jobs at 80+, including multiple 90s. All jobs are geared to ShB tomestone (Cryptlurker) gear.

I frequently ran Alliance roulette with level 90 characters and have all the Endwalker currencies capped, that I can't spend.

You don't need more tomes you can't spend, or xp when you are already overleveled. Same goes for OP.

Or perhaps, just a thought... perhaps, don't worry whether I'm capped on XP or tomes, and just demand that SE complete their fix? Crazy thought I know.

Again, the fix is a step in the right direction, but it's incomplete. There's no reason to lock out people from Alliance Roulette like this. I'm sure they could do something with checking MSQ progression and what raids you have unlocked in addition to whatever they're checking now?

Sometimes, you might just want to run the Roulette and play on a job you won't struggle on. In the case of the recent Moogle event, it was just easier to run it on RDM because it'd be less of a struggle for me than on NIN.

Why is there some issue with just accounting for us? When there's possible solutions that won't exclude us? Just because we play the game differently to most?

If you have to specifically pick CT raids in order to get into CT, it did work.

It's true that being 90 does exclude me from receiving exp (from everywhere, not just the alliance raids), but it never stopped me from joining a party with a few FC members to make it fun while doing their dailies. Or from the rest of the roulette daily bonuses.

I get tomestones can be a big thing, but so is gil. So, if I feel like jumping into a daily while I'm running around doing stuff, I'll try to go for the one that would offer the most, and the Alliance Raid has been the only one I've had the most luck on getting DPS as the Adventurer in Need (which means extra money)

If you really want to place blame on my overleveling on something, put it where it belongs: on the Moogle Tomestone events. Never used roulette of any of those.

Besides, what would be the point of getting a new job with more quests to slog through and gear to manage, when I could just use the job I like and *want* to use?
