Maybe, long run, this is actually a good change, to maybe manage to curtail some of the overleveling caused by players running the roulette more than necessary.

If people are running the roulette because they enjoy the content and just wanna run a random dungeon then they're not gonna stop just because of some system change aimed at end game raiders. It may sound weird to some of the people who play the game like it's a second job and probably got sick of seeing the same instance for the thousandth time this year, but there are players who legitimately have fun queuing random instances. If they enjoy doing it then they're gonna keep doing it. Different people play the game for different reasons. If someone is having fun then they're getting their value's worth from the game.

"Most" sounds unlikely unless they are intensely playing a single job and doing roulettes and side content with it in addition to MSQ. The simple solution which the game is already based around is to spread their EXP across multiple jobs.

If they want to run a random dungeon for entertainment, not rewards, they can just sign up for multiple duties in the duty finder and see what pops.

Hello, yes hi, I'm this player. This is a good change, it actually makes it more random instead of just CT. Sure, you can argue that a choice within 3 is 'random' but I prefer a little more unpredictability.

I read your other post as well, and you yourself must also admit that you are probably the common FFXIV player. Which is fair, some people aren't, but you cannot expect that your playstyle is facilitated in every change they make for the general playerbase, can you?
