Why does the KFC man have eyebrows but player highlanders cant?

You can "mimic" that. I've never said it was eyebrows. I said it applied on it (cause the paint is also present on races that have eyebrows).

So yeah. I'm serious. Try using the character creator a bit more.

It's really the same reason that Mide can have blue horns and a giant scar, or Hilda gets pointy ears, or any number of NPCs have combinations of features not available to us. NPCs simply don't follow the same rules as PCs.

Team Fortress 2 has that as a taunt for the Scout and it was a parody of KFC. Of course that was back when Valve still cared about TF2.
