Does SE consider Criteon Dungeons a Success?

Here is a little bit of a rant and feedback video about Variant dungeons:

    https://youtu.be/CEu1yCEr_u0?si=ANtSEJqy-rv88RJM

In my opinion, i have done both variant dungeons (all paths) to get the respective mounts, there is no more reason to do any more of them, the glamour outfits look really lame to me and the few housing items with a low drop rate are not worth farming.

I have tried multiple times to clear Sil Dih and always failed at the last boss, always having to find new people to prog and learn mechanics is really tiresome because there are so few wanting to clear it and the lack of rewards for doing it doesn't motivate anyone.
I have almost 0 interest in attemting Rokkon and never see anyone in the Partyfinder for it, however, there are so many groups for Ultimate, savage and Ex trials on the other hand, i wonder why that is?

There even is a savage difficulty for Criteon that offers absolutly no rewards beside Materia, why would anyone want to invest time into this?
For Ultimates you get a title and the coolest weapons to show off your achievements.

Criteon Must change its reward structure or it will stay mostly dead content, i don't hate it, but i hate that no one wants to do it because there are no rewards, even in my Savage static nobody cares about it.

Even deep dungeons seem more popular than Criteon.

Considering the translation of one of the interviews he recently did that Jeeqbit posted in General Discussion, it sounds like the JP player base is much more enthusiastic about Criterion than the NA/EU player bases. If they are, the devs might well consider it a success. We don't know what their expectations were for participation in the content prior to release.

Doing variants blind is some of the best fun this game has.
While it only lasts until you figure out all 10 runs, it's still a very engaging puzzle gameplay type, imo.

Variant dungeons scale with the number of players so why not simply clear that last boss solo? Since you do savage, it should be child’s play. I found it much easier and less annoying solo than having to constantly rez ppl (with the channeled action) who wouldn’t be able to do mechanics while dpsing a boss with boosted hp. Mount Rokkon is very easy. You don’t have to wait for a party for the variant version: It can be soloed too.

Variant is fine, I'd even take it over our normal expert dungeons because they at least provide the tiniest amount of variety.

Criterion on the other hand fails at both being a dungeon, it's really just a boss rush with mechanics of extreme/savage difficulty, and at rewarding people properly for the time and effort invested which is why interest in it dies almost immediately.

They really don't get it, they gonna put in ilvl rewards in SAVAGE, nobody cares about savage just remove it, put in raid gear in normal criteon, why is that so hard.

Why can't I gear up to do Criterion Savage with my 3 other friends by running Criterion Normal?

Why do I need to play a different, relatively difficult game mode that requires more players (savage raids) to be able to progress doing what purports to be content designed for smaller groups?

Tome gear is available to both hypothetical players that only do savage raids or savage Criterion, but Savage gets to both enjoy gear progression and acquisition while Criterion would have to wait until upgrade materials can be obtained from 24 mans or hunts to even begin.
